I love Christmastime for so many reasons, one of those is baking!I have Christmas Baking parties with my daughter, family, and friends each year. One product that always has a way of making anything taste amazing is Eagle Brand condensed milk. It is an easy way to “sweeten the season” with cookies, dessert bars, fudge, pies, cakes, and more. Fudge-Filled Christmas Peanut Butter Bars

Along with Christmas cookies, I usually make a couple cookie bar recipes. They are quicker to make and everyone loves them. I like how festive the Fudge-Filled Christmas Peanut Butter Bars are with the Christmas sprinkles on top. This recipe is so easy that anyone can whip it up in less than 1/2 hour (+ baking time).

The real treasure is the indulgent flavors of chocolate and peanut butter! My daughter is my little helper, especially when chocolate chips and peanut butter are involved. This is a great recipe to have kids help with, especially sprinkling the Christmas sprinkles at the end. My daughter and I had a fun time baking these bars together – and even more fun enjoying them with cold milk afterward.

We served them last night at a small party in our home and everyone loved them! The Eagle Brand condensed milk melted with the semi-sweet chocolates made the creamiest fudge ever. Combined with a peanut butter and sugar cookie crumb crust made it absolutely delicious! I love how easy they are to make – check out the photos below for the steps.

Caramel Apple Walnut Pie Recipe

I enjoy baking with friends and family as often as possible. Every Thanksgiving, I bake pies with my friend AnnLouise, it is our tradition. Besides pumpkin and sweet potato pies, we like to try a new apple pie recipe each year.

This year, we baked the Caramel Apple Walnut Pie Recipe by the Eagle Brand website. It was the best apple pie variation we’ve tried yet!

This pie is just as easy as baking an ordinary apple pie but ends ups as an extraordinary pie experience! It is like eating a caramel apple with the rich caramel sauce. The crunchy walnut crumb topping is the perfect touch as well. Adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream is delicious on it as well.

My family loved the pie and has asked me to make it again. It is a really easy recipe to make. It just takes an extra step or two beyond an ordinary apple pie but those extra steps makes this recipe extraordinary!

It is quite similar to one of my family’s favorite recipes, Caramel Apple Streusel Squares, also an Eagle Brand recipe.

I got the baking bug from my mother-in-law, she is an avid baker and bakes hundreds upon hundreds of cookies every Christmas – yes, hundreds! When my husband and I were first dating, I couldn’t believe how many large popcorn tins of cookies she had in her dining room. She would baked about a dozen different cookie and fudge recipes and then give plates of them away to anyone that stopped by during the holiday season.

I loved that idea and incorporated it into my own Christmas tradition as an adult using many of her recipes, although not as many!
