@princessglammy Fortunately I don't think I've had any problem with the on-screen guide during the outage. I know that a breakdown can happen to any company, but I wish Verizon had never sold us to Frontier a few years ago. Have a good evening & I'll let you know if I hear anything about the fix

Why is it when you call @VZWSupport you immediately get a text to Hanser a survey on how your call went which normally go pretty well however when you call @verizonfios customer service which is always awful no one ever wants any feedback on that.

Opting to terminate #Verizon, not only can anyone call into either parent's phone, my service went from having full bars to having 1. I had 2 calls to drop because of "no service" tottering between none & 1 bar. Two days in & I don't see them providing an acceptable service.
