Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Fairfax Posts: 2,381 | Offensive and Defensive Coordinators Leaving Every Season In my franchise (Xbox one), using coach mode, I have to hire a new offensive and defensive coordinator every off season? Does this happen to anyone else? Is this because I had a good season and my coordinators were poached or this a glitch? __________________

This is in coach mode. My coordinators are gone after the season ends and I have to hire new ones every year. MizzouRah likes this. __________________

I spent it all on my offensive and defensive coordinators who promptly left my team the moment I clicked advance week. Anyone know why they give you the points to spend immediately prior to the step in which coordinators leaving your team lol?!?! What a gd waste its a pretty serious setback and it feels like they overlooked the situation and it should be avoided. Or at least warn us that even though we already have the points to spend, we need to wait until the next step in order to see if the coordinators will even be on the team!! Madden 24 is awesome regardless, but geez |

You get a hiring bonus when signing new coordinators. Often enough to make up what you lost. Just use the head coach tree to buff it up and it won't be that big of a loss unless you have talent point cost set to highest.
